Heritage Open Days are an extraordinary once-a-year opportunity to explore the cultural and built heritage of our nation. Why are we surrounded by the buildings we see? Why were they built and how were they used in the past, and in the present?

Here at St Peter’s we are offering expertly led guided tours during the HOD period from Sept 8th to 17th 2023.

Faith buildings tell us much about what our ancestors believed and how they lived that belief. They are places where the best work of the best artisans can be seen and shared. For those who know nothing about our building and those who are familiar with it, there will be surprises!
