We are a church seeking to serve God in every aspect of our lives and the life of our town. Our Anglican worship draws on the riches of the Christian tradition old and new.
Prayer has been said here for hundreds of years; we believe in the transforming nature of prayer in our lives today.
We seek to work closely with the other Christian churches. We seek to deepen friendship and understanding with other faith communities. We are a congregation seeking to grow: we have been given a great task and a great vision. We welcome people from all backgrounds to join us on the journey of faith.
In line with current restrictions, we welcome you to join with us as we worship in our homes. Morning prayer is live streamed on Facebook at 9am, Monday to Friday. You can also join us for evening prayer at 8pm there too. http://www.facebook.com/Huddersfieldparishchurch
Sunday Eucharist services will continue to be live streamed from church, but we ask you to stay at home, and stay safe while we stream to you through YouTube. The service begins at 10.30, and YouTube will notify you when we are about to start if you subscribe to our channel.
The church continues to live and work in and around the community of Huddersfield even at the times when our building is closed.
Huddersfield Parish Church is accessible via a ramp entry for people using wheelchairs. Parking permits are available for parking bays directly outside the main entrance of the building on Byram Street, and a hearing induction loop is used during services.
