We are a church seeking to serve God in every aspect of our lives and the life of our town. Our Anglican worship draws on the riches of the Christian tradition old and new.
Prayer has been said here for hundreds of years; we believe in the transforming nature of prayer in our lives today.
We seek to work closely with the other Christian churches. We seek to deepen friendship and understanding with other faith communities. We are a congregation seeking to grow: we have been given a great task and a great vision. We welcome people from all backgrounds to join us on the journey of faith.
Celebrate with us!
We are currently working carefully to a new schedule of services, some of which will take place online, some of which will take place in the church building in a way that is designed to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
You can see our new schedule of services for July and August 2020 by clicking here.
The church continues to live and work in and around the community of Huddersfield even at the times when our building is closed.
Huddersfield Parish Church is accessible via a ramp entry for people using wheelchairs. Parking permits are available for parking bays directly outside the main entrance of the building on Byram Street, and a hearing induction loop is used during services.
