Open, a quiet public space –  open and available.

3 young men killed in Afghanistan – the national news reports their deaths.

Names of the soldiers and their families are revealed – they are from our communities and their families are given space to speak or mourn quietly.

The community is ask for its angle – so neighbours, school friends, work-mates and other locals give account oftheir reactions and recollections.

St. Peter’s is an open space, a public place where simple messages and thoughts may be left.

The Book of Condolence is available from 8am to 5pm – Monday to Saturday.
