On Good Friday, Churches Together in Huddersfield gather at Huddersfield Parish Church before processing through the town carrying a large wooden cross, stopping at points on the way to read and reflect on scripture, and sing verses from hymns. Mourning and Supporting Manchester

HPC is open with a condolence book. At tea-time, from 4.30pm there is a gathering, words spoken at 5pm. Any faith or none. It is always the hardest to speak of peace in the midst of violence.

Today is Good Friday

Christians gather at Huddersfield Parish and then follow a cross around the town centre. A hundred or so individuals witness to the death of Jesus upn that cross. Come and share this solemn occasion.
