On Good Friday, Churches Together in Huddersfield gather at Huddersfield Parish Church before processing through the town carrying a large wooden cross, stopping at points on the way to read and reflect on scripture, and sing verses from hymns. Huddersfield’s Churches Together in the Town Center hold the “Walk of Witness” on Good Friday. Gathering in Huddersfield Parish church after 10.00am we will be carrying a large cross around Huddersfield town center and listening to Christ’s Passion at various stations during the procession.
