Come and join the Choir of Huddersfield Parish Church and Emley Brass Band for a Last Night of the Proms spectacular! This promises to be a fun filled afternoon of family friendly music and fun, with plenty of opportunities for flag waving and even joining in the singing. Fabulous brass band music including themes from James Bond, Queen and space is sure to have you dancing in the aisles, or at least tapping your toes, with some choral fireworks from the Parish Church Choir and organ thrown in for good measure.

In true Last Night of the Proms style there will be opportunity to sing along with all the old favourites such as Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory, and Britannia herself might even make an appearance!

Once the music has finished, we will continue the celebration with a “picnic in the pews”, so please bring your own picnic to enjoy in the surrounds of the beauty and grandeur of Huddersfield Parish Church! Drinks and cakes will also be available to buy.
