Just a quick note to thank you and all your colleagues for a splendid service at the Parish Church yesterday. It was a joyful and uplifting occasion and everyone played their part brilliantly.

A big thank you to all the musicians for giving us such a strong lead – and for having brought in a great choir from several churches. Thank you also to the Wardens and all the people who helped everything to run smoothly.

It was wonderful to see so many people there and there was a real buzz about how people engaged with the whole occasion and the theme. I am sure it will help to strengthen our links with the Council and the wider community in Huddersfield and beyond.

Thank you so much for hosting us and for making sure it all came together so well.
