Today the worship normally offed in Wakefield Cathedral will be in St. Peter’s Church. The deanery of Huddersfield will gather with the Bishop of Pontefract, the Right Rev’d Tony Robinson, to worship using the service of Evensong. During the service a cross, made from the pews removed from the cathedral will be gifted to each of the parishes.

The service begins at 7pm and promises to be a beautiful occasion.
