Soldiers from Corunna Company, 3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment will parade through at Huddersfield before attending a special homecoming service at St. Peter’s.
150 men, many originally from the borough, will be welcomed by the Rev’d Canon Simon Moor, at a special ‘homecoming’ service – many from the communities of Huddersfield will line the streets and listen to the simple ceremony of thanksgiving.
